Is This An Official Tesla Event?
No, this is a volunteer-led non-profit event run by passionate Tesla car owners and enthusiasts.
TeslaCon Singapore is a Tesla Takeover Asia initiative, and we’re thankful for the support of our global partner clubs including Tesla Owners Silicon Valley and Tesla Club Austria.
The event has no association or affiliation with Tesla. Any content does not represent the views of Tesla.

Why are we selling tickets?
This is a volunteer-led non-profit event and all ticket sales goes towards funding our event venue and equipment costs. We estimate the total event cost to run up to SGD $90,000.
50% of any surplus funds will go towards our charity partner, The Food Bank Singapore.

Do I Need To Be A Tesla Owner To Attend?
No, anyone can attend, regardless of whether you are a Tesla car owner, enthusiast or just someone who is curious about Tesla! There are activities for non-owners of all ages to enjoy (kids zone, science zone, speaker panels, Tesla light show).

What to expect from the event?
At our conference, we have invited a panel of local and international speakers from more than seven markets worldwide, who would be sharing their perspectives on Tesla car ownership, Tesla’s product roadmap, and the transition to sustainable energy in the region.
Besides that, there are experience zones with activities catered for kids (moomoo’s colouring zone, inflatable race track, Nullspace’s robotic workshop), current/prospective owners (learning more about the Tesla car technology, or various mods for your Tesla cars), AMD’s gaming & AI experience, as well as food for all!

What are the type of passes available, and their perks?
We have 3 types:
Plaid Pass (general) - Full access + door gift + food/ice cream voucher and chance to win Lucky Draw
Youth Pass (13-18 years old) - Access only (food available for purchase onsite)
Child Pass (<13 years old) - Access only (food available for purchase onsite), require parental supervision

Can I register on the day itself?
Yes, registration will still be available online on the day of registration - click here to sign up now!

Can I park at the event venue (Pasir Panjang)?
Parking lots at the event venue are only reserved for our volunteers and partners who require the space for operational efficiency and ensure we can deliver the best experience for you. Exceptions apply for cars with handicapped labels.
Please park at the Alexandra Retail Centre (ARC) which is located at 460 Alexandra Rd, Singapore 119963. There is free parking on the event day and we are providing two-way transport on the actual day from/to ARC. (Please refer to the FAQ on “What Transport Options are Available” for the timing.)
Alternatively, you may wish to walk directly from/to the venue (approximately 10 min from ARC).

I am not driving but taking taxi / private transport. can i still drop off at the site?
Yes, you can drop off at the main gate (our volunteers would be there until 6.30pm to welcome you).

What Transport options are available?
We will be providing two-way transport from/to the Alexandra Retail Centre (ARC) and the event venue. Please see below for the scheduled timings:
1.15pm - 2.15pm (ARC > Event)
Our friendly volunteers would providing Tesla Joy Rides from ARC drop-off point to the event site. We hope you enjoy the experience!
Tell our drivers ‘Ho Ho Ho’ when you get in the car for a special surprise!
4.30pm - 8.30pm (Event >< ARC) - two-way shuttle
Shuttle bus from the event from/to ARC every 30-min, starting at 4.30pm (event > ARC) at scheduled timings.

Can I Bring Kids Or Family?
Yes! This event is open to everyone. Registration is required, check out the pass types here.

Can I Bring My Pets?
No, pets are not allowed at this event.

I Can't Make It To the event. How Can I Still Support You?
Refund is not allowed, but you could gift your tickets to friends and family if you can't make it for the event. In addition, you could also make a donation to support our event and official charity partner The Food Bank Singapore, at the link here.

What food and drinks options are there?
Food: Ice cream, halal snacks, Daisy’s Dream Kitchen Peranakan dishes and Carnival Finger food. One serving of mains can be claimed via food voucher (Plaid Pass only, while stocks last) or purchased onsite.
Drinks: NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® coffee, chocolate and Heineken beer (beer consumption only available for adults who are 18 and above). Limited quantity of water bottles will be available.

Who is eligible to take part in the lucky draw?

what is the dress code?
There is none! Wear comfortably and casual clothing is welcomed too. :)

I am feeling unwell. can I still come?
To ensure the health of all our participants, we advise you to stay at home and recover. You may choose to transfer your pass to a friend or family member to use the pass.

Will there be first-aid?
Yes, we will have a First-Aider rostered on the event day provided by our sponsor Crawfurd Hospital.

Is there WiFi internet?
There will not be any available WiFi internet.
